Guys, this week I sold one of my investment properties and I have to tell you it was stressful!

This market has been unpredictable, and I was a bit pessimistic about the process with some hurdles thrown in the works, discovering one of the bathrooms was leaking AFTER going to market 😩 not ideal.

I fully experienced the highs and lows of being a vendor in this market 😅

Can I tell you, I was SO LUCKY to have Kate Quinlivan & Clarinda Campbell in my corner.

These two powerhouse women not only secured me a sale in the first week!!!

BUT overcame a leaking bathroom to achieve a result I was truly happy with 🥰

I could not have been in better hands!

Selling this investment has been key in positioning me for my future plans and I am just beyond grateful to see this sold sticker go up.

Ladies I knew you were amazing and of course as I knew you would, you delivered in every way.
