Emma will generally be the first person that answers the phone within our office. These members above can help you with changing your contact details such as your name, phone number, email and property address. They can send you a copy of your levy notice, certificate of insurance or the by-laws. They offer assistance with maintenance and quote requests, ballots for people wanting to have a pet, or place an air conditioner on the common wall etc. They also handle any complaints in regards to noise, rubbish, parking or queries in relation to strata plans. Tim handles all new business quotes, requisition on title if units are sold, and arrears.
