Emma will generally be the first person that answers the phone within our office. These members above can help you with changing your contact details such as your name, phone number, email and property

address. They can send you a copy of your levy notice, certificate of insurance or the by-laws. They offer assistance with maintenance and quote requests, ballots for people wanting to have a pet, or place an air conditioner on the common wall etc. They also handle any complaints in regards to noise, rubbish, parking or queries in relation to strata plans. Tim handles all new business quotes, requisition on title if units are sold, and arrears.

Following a house fire in New Town this morning, Tasmania Fire Service is reiterating the message that every home should have working smoke alarms in every bedroom/sleeping area, in hallways and at the top of stairs.

Thankfully, due to the activation of working smoke, residents in a house on Wilmslow Avenue were woken to a fire, which was caused by an electrical fault in a fridge, before it had time to take hold.
