Castle Group likes to share the good news about the Government’s new $25,000 cash “HomeBuilder” grant.

There are few criteria to qualify, so here are the top 5 points:

1. The grant is for building a NEW Home. The combined value of home & Land should be under $750,000.

2. Applicant must have an Individual income of less than $125,000 or families with a combined income of less than $200,000

3. The building contract must be signed between 4th June 2020 and end on 31st December 2020

4. Construction of the house must commence before 31 March 2021 or within 3 months of signing the building contract.

5. The grant is not limited to first home buyers and in fact, opens to all homebuyers as your principal place of residence.
