What an incredible turnout — over 5,000 locals joined us on Sunday for our 5th Family Fun Day in Austral🎉

This marked a major milestone for Castle Group and the Perera Foundation, celebrating community spirit, connection, and our vision for the future of the South West Sydney.

Highlights:
- 5,000+ attendees from the local community and surrounding areas
- 3 land lots auctioned, with a record $747,000 for 300sqm ($2,490/sqm)
- First look at The Canopy, Austral – 500+ lot community
- Thank you to Nathan Hagarty MP (NSW State Member for Leppington) for a rousing speech
- 6,000+ free meals shared
- 15+ kids’ activities enjoyed by families
