We've had some great sales results in Beechmont over the last couple of months, working with two wonderful vendors. It really brought to light that no vendors are the same; and neither are their expectations of their agent.
Some clients want regular contact and plenty of support, with someone to guide them through every step of the process. Others prefer a more hands-off approach, asking that we only contact them when something needs their attention. Some prefer feedback reports and documents to be sent digitally, while others still like a paper copy in their hands. Our job is to work out what works best for each client — and tailor our service accordingly.
Selling property, particularly rural property, can be complex. As landowners and business owners ourselves, we’ve possibly faced similar challenges. Working through an issue, providing guidance, or connecting our clients with someone from our network is just as important as finding a buyer. And importantly, this support doesn’t stop at settlement.
