How Much Should My Rental Bond Cost In QLD? 👇

​The QLD law states that if the rent is $700 or less per week, the maximum bond amount is 4 weeks of rent.
​
​If the weekly rent is higher than $700 per week, the amount of the bond should be negotiated between the property management team, owner and tenant. There is no maximum amount for the bond if the weekly rent is higher than $700 per week.
