Team Gutierrez Sebastian is a Licensed Sales Agent with Ray White Canberra Not many people can say they worked in their first job out of school for 6 years.

Even fewer could make that claim when that job is as a professional painter - a challenging role and with a notoriously high turnover. Commitment and dedication is in Sebastian’s DNA and he is already in the habit of going the extra mile for his clients. Having realised that his future lay outside of being a painter, Sebastian committed himself to further study and also spent 12 months working in Sales & Marketing in the travel industry. From this role his love of helping people was born, and after much research and consideration, Sebastian decided to seek out a position in the real estate industry. Sebastian interviewed many real estate firms prior to agreeing to join the team at Ray White Belconnen. He was instantly drawn to working with a team who were clearly passionate about their roles, together with offering the opportunity to work in a cutting edge workspace and as part of an organisation that places such an emphasis on living their values.
