At Stockland, weโ€™re proud to be shaping the future of the Sunshine Coast, and the Birtinya Precinct is a key part of that legacy.

Weโ€™re making big strides with two major pedestrian bridges.

The Cable Stay Pedestrian Bridge is on track, with foundations now underway and an expected opening in mid-2026*.

The Southbank Pedestrian Bridge is progressing smoothly, which will soon link North Birtinya to the future town centre in mid 2025*.

And thatโ€™s not all! The Birtinya Walkable Waterfront is just around the corner. This 4.5m shared path will offer a seamless link to both bridges, making it the perfect spot for a leisurely walk or cycle.

Itโ€™s all part of our commitment to creating a vibrant, connected community.

Is it just us or is this the perfect weather to be taking advantage of all of the beautiful national parks we have here on the coast?

The Kondalilla falls circuit will take you roughly 1.5-2 hours to complete and will take you through luscious sunny coast rainforest to the base of the falls!

A Sunny coast must do if you ask us!
