$9 billion in exchanged volume. 43 agents hitting their highest performance tier. But here's the number that stands out most.

The Agency posted $151.7 million in gross commission income for FY25/26 – up 21 per cent on the prior year – with exchanged gross volume reaching a record $9.017 billion.

The headcount grew from 442 to 511 property partners. But Executive Chairman Andrew Jensen says the real story is what happened inside the existing network.

85 agents who'd been with the company two years or more delivered their strongest year on record. That's roughly one in four of that tenure group.

"You can grow agent numbers, but the real test is whether the people who join you become more successful over time," Andrew said.

A record 43 agents reached Altitude status – reserved for those generating $1 million-plus in GCI or completing 76-plus transactions – up from 20 just two years ago. Of that cohort, 27 also posted a personal best.

At the top end, Sydney co-founder Steven Chen recorded $10.08 million in personal GCI, including the $83.5 million sale of 19 Bayview Road, Rose Bay and a $51.5 million apartment at Barangaroo.

The group will hold its inaugural National Awards at The Langham, Gold Coast in October – including values-based awards recognising how agents treat people, not just what they sell.
