Hey Everyone! On December 6th I will be participating in 20Talk’s 20Hours event. This event will see me sitting in a 2x2 meter square for 20Hours in silence with nothing but my swag, a water bottle, a journal and chair.

There will be no technology and no talking.

As part of this challenge, my goal is to raise at least $1,000 towards 20Talk’s mission which is to empower young adults by integrating essential mental health tools and skills into their lives.
