Day 1 of The Push-Up Challenge.

3,307 push-ups across June, representing the 3,307 Australians who lost their lives to su***de in 2024.

For me, this is about awareness, getting people talking, checking in on each other and hopefully encouraging a few people to jump in.

Danny joined me for 20 push-ups at the end, and we finished with a clap push-up, which feels pretty ambitious for day one.

We’ll see how that’s looking by the end of the challenge.
