One thing I’ve learnt working with investors…
The best outcomes usually come from preparation BEFORE settlement.
Today I was completing a pre-settlement inspection for a client so we can start planning:
✔ Compliance requirements
✔ Minimum standards
✔ Maintenance works
✔ Leasing strategy
✔ Advertising preparation
✔ Trade coordination
A lot of investors don’t realise these things can delay a property hitting the market if they aren’t addressed early.
This is why having an involved BDM matters.
Not just someone who sends a management agreement — someone who actually walks the property, identifies issues early and helps build a strategy before the keys are even handed over.
The goal is simple:
Less stress. Less downtime. Better results.
