Bonaventure Group finished off strong for 2020.

THIS WEEK…

MONDAY - full equity funding for our largest project to date, 8 Townhouses, 5 Apartments & Commercial Retail .

TUESDAY - Council Supported our development in Hampton East, “Basterfield Corner.”

WEDNESDAY - advertising finished for “The Bailey” in Bentleigh East with no objectors.

THURSDAY - contracts were signed for an owner JV in Carnegie.

FRIDAY - building contract and bank funding finalised for our 4 apartment and retail development in Bentleigh East.

The year started off very lean but we now have 5 projects valued at $24million in fully funded developments.
