Elizabeth booked a wheelchair with Virgin Australia. They left her without one. Three years in a row. Melbourne. Denpasar.

Then they handed her a piece of paper and asked her to write down what was wrong with herself.

She said no.

"I have an invisible disability. You can't see it from the check in counter. That doesn't make it less real, and it doesn't make the wheelchair I booked optional."

We build SDA homes. We know what dignity looks like. It is not being asked to explain your disability at the check in counter.

One incident is a mistake. A pattern is a policy problem.

Virgin Australia, you have utterly let us down.

Wrapping up inspections today, and the feedback was consistent.

This home doesn’t feel clinical.
