Frank enjoys building long term relationships with his clients. Highly approachable and positive, Frank is known for his warm and friendly personal style. This is something that Frank's client's value, particularly when they are selling their home. A great communicator, Frank provides clients with constant feedback once a sales campaign is underway, maintaining daily contact. Recognised as a skilled marketer, Frank says he “takes pride in designing a marketing program to suit a client's property and then promoting it with 100% of my energy.” Similarly, Frank is highly motivated when it comes to negotiating on behalf of his clients. Frank refers to his ability to negotiate as “a craft” and the results he achieves are outstanding. Frank is also focused on helping buyers find their ideal home as rapidly as possible. He says “I think it's just as important to build a real relationship with buyers as with potential vendors. After all, they are also relying on you to provide them with honest advice about the market.” Frank adds “it's for this reason I keep in regular contact with buyers and make myself available to them seven days a week.” Asked to describe what he most enjoys about real estate, Frank says “it all boils down to service; I really enjoy helping members of my community with their real estate needs.” He adds, “I feel like I've done my job well when past clients refer their closest family and friends to me.
