It was a chilly morning by Darwin's standards but the sun was shining, the coffee was robust and the bacon was sizzling. It was great to celebrate with Charlie and the team at RapidClean NT in their new facility at Berrimah Industrial Estate, Berrimah.

The Rapid Clean showroom and warehouse is complete! The purpose-built 1500m2 showroom, office and warehouse is located on a corner block at the front of the estate. Construction of a purpose-built warehouse and office for the team at Frontier Marine has commenced in the estate.
The developers at the estate sub-divided two lots giving Frontier Marine a larger block to accommodate the business' expanded efficiencies and services. Frontier Marine chose Berrimah Industrial Estate for their new HQ because of its perfect location, positioned in the geographical centre of greater Darwin.

This year's theme of Get Up! Stand Up! Show Up! reflects our First Nations people's culture, history and achievements. We recognise we stand on Larrakia land and we share our lives on our beautiful country's land and the sea.

Construction has commenced for Coral Coast Distributors at Berrimah Industrial Estate, Berrimah.

With a 500m2 warehouse and mezzanine office, the On Country Construction team are bringing this build to life, led by our Site Foreman, Lincoln and two apprentices, Ty and Joel.

This small powerhouse of a project also delivers to the local economy engaging subcontractors from civils, to concreting, joinery, walls and ceilings, to doors, carpets, airconditioning and everything in between.

Good progress is being made on this project, being the second one for On Country Construction at Berrimah Industrial Estate, with another one in the pipeline.

Cross Solutions moved into its brand new premises in early March when the world was shutting down due to COVID restrictions.
This was just one part of a fantastic, optimistic and brave story shared by Rob and Graeme Cross.

Access Hardware has moved into the Berrimah Industrial Estate after outgrowing their prior premises. This new purpose built building has been designed with their customers in mind, a new large scale showroom, ample customer parking, all in a central location.

Surveying and spatial consultancy company Cross Solutions loves nothing more than growing pains. It has moved three times with the same developer – getting bigger every time. Cross Solutions looked to Berrimah Industrial Estate for their new custom build HQ. A modern spacious office, warehouse with mezzanine, an airconditioned work shop, a caretaker's residence and solar. Painted in its corporate colours, the building is a bold sight across the estate.
Cross Solutions is looking forward to exciting times ahead, with the new location that has provided more room to expand and keep up with the demand for future work.

There is a hub of activity at Berrimah Industrial Estate and we wanted to share the latest images of the progress at the site for CROSS-Solution.
We have roofers, electricians and fridgies on site and next week, painters, glaziers and plasterers will join them.
It is looking mighty fine.
