What a ride!

Just shy of our 10-year anniversary, we’ve made the heartfelt decision to sell our business.

When we first set out, our goal was simple: to provide a personal, proactive property management service that people could trust. Over the years, clients chose us because they knew us, liked us, and trusted our ability to care for their properties like our own.

In that time, we’ve navigated changing legislation, new technology, COVID challenges, and the ups and downs of Darwin’s rental market. The decision to move on wasn’t an easy one, but we believe we’ve delivered on our promise of being true specialists in property management.

As we step into new opportunities, we want to thank every client, tenant, contractor, and especially our incredible team, past and present for being part of the NOW Leasing NT story. Your trust and support and friendships have meant everything.
