Achieved a personal best time of 69 min and 26 seconds for the challenging 14km course.

Thanks for all the donations made to Sydney Children's Hospitals Foundation. $460 was raised for children in need.

Sydney Children’s Hospital is the number 1 fundraiser for the event with 2500 people registering to raise money for today’s run. Such a great cause!

The prospect of heavy rain and only 1 registered bidder didn’t stop us from an outstanding result today at Auction.

Emotional scenes on display from the buyer and the seller.

This Auction took good negotiation skills to find a middle ground between vendor and buyer expectations.

On Saturday I conducted another Auction in Bexley, NSW.

It was a wet rainy day with only two active bidders despite this the Owner, Agent and Purchaser were all really happy.

It was great to achieve $250 000 above the best offer prior to Auction.
