Mish Developments Pty Ltd, a division of Unitol Building Design, was founded in 2011 from the idea that quality homes should be affordable and available to all Australians from first home owners to professional investors. By working closely with land developers in key areas of Queensland we are able to produce cost effective house and land packages that truly impress the client. Whilst the company
is newly registered the experience behind it spans back more than 15 years within the building industry. The registered builder behind Mish Developments Pty Ltd is Michael Stojanovic. Originally founding Unitol Building Design Pty Ltd he has experienced great success within the building industry. For the past 15+ years he has worked on projects from complex homes to economic family homes. In recent years Unitol Building Design Pty Ltd has expanded its operations to building approx. 150 homes per year around Rockhampton and Gladstone areas with Michael overseeing all aspects of the operation. Michael began forming what would be Mish Developments Pty Ltd in early 2011, a separate entity that would take what was learnt from Unitol Building Design Pty Ltd and continue to push forward outside of the scope of the original company. Mish Developments Pty Ltd would have more freedom to negotiate with developers, choose locations and have access to pre-existing business relationships, all that would benefit each and every client.
