PROPERTY TYPE: Freestanding House
BUDGET: Mid $1s to Mid $2s
AREAS: North Manly, Manly Vale, Curl Curl and North Narrabeen (preference areas) but would also look at Cromer, Collaroy Plateau, Wheeler Heights, Beacon Hill, Allambie Heights. Not keen on Dee Why.

· 3+ bedroom family home with 2 family areas
· Want light, bright, family home, ideally with some privacy and some outlook
· Double garage or double carport ideal
· Level block if possible
