Harcourts and REA Group just locked in a major new partnership.

The deal gives Harcourts agencies access to REA Pro subscriptions at a best-in-market rate nationally, with existing Pro subscribers also receiving the discounted pricing.

REA will also come on board as a premier partner sponsor of major Harcourts events throughout FY27.

It's a move Harcourts CEO Adrian Knowles says goes beyond the commercial terms.

"It's about making sure the rollout is well supported, well executed, and genuinely useful for our offices," Adrian said. "This partnership gives our network immediate benefits, but it also lays the groundwork for longer-term gains."

REA Group's Chief Commercial and Marketing Officer Kul Singh pointed to the long history between the two brands – Harcourts offices have been listing on realestate.com.au since 1998.

"By combining Harcourts' strong market presence with REA's audience reach, products and marketing capabilities, we're creating greater visibility for the Harcourts network," Singh said.

A joint onboarding program and specialist sales support will back the rollout from day one.
