This one reflects the current market right now. We secured this at the bottom end of the range & our client honestly didn’t expect to be able to afford it. It wasn’t that the agent gave it away & it wasn’t that the vendor wanted too much, it was more about market value in today’s market. Owners will always want more & buyers always want to pay less. But was is always is true for both parties is “Market Value”. Knowing that allowed us to secure this one for our now thrilled client
