Today was an exciting day.
I took over the listing at 24 Paddy Melon Lane after the property had been on the market with another agent for the best part of eight months. I was approached to see if I could assist, and I was more than happy to take on the challenge.
Admittedly, large horse properties haven’t traditionally been my specialty, but I was eager to step outside my comfort zone, back myself and, most importantly, back the service I provide to every one of my clients.
Along the way, I learnt a lot, and that’s something I genuinely love about this industry, there is always more to learn, and every property, seller and campaign brings a new experience.
I was always confident that, with the right strategy, communication and persistence, we could achieve a fantastic result, even in a market and area where properties like this traditionally don’t necessarily move as quickly as others.
I’m incredibly proud of what my team and I have achieved and, more importantly, that we’ve helped make the next chapter possible for the sellers of this gorgeous property. Thank you for trusting me with the opportunity, I’m genuinely grateful.
