After roughly six months of civil works on Stage 1 at Donohoe’s Estate, the development is now taking shape, and there’s a real sense of excitement as it begins to come to life.

With the bulk earthworks finished and the sewer and stormwater systems nearly complete, our civil contractors, Lentro, are busy installing the water main and subsoil drainage. This will be followed by electrical and communications works, road pavement construction, and the installation of kerb and guttering.

We’re eagerly looking forward to watching the site evolve in the coming months as the roads take form and the estate is showcased in a fresh new light.
