So happy for the young couple I met two weeks ago. I wrote an offer last Saturday on a Boston that would draw high interest..and it sure did. We were up against 7 other offers, all above asking (as was ours). I tweaked it, added a "heartstrings," cover letter (glad I love to write) and just found out our offer was accpeted! This is great, they have their first child due in April and the plan is to close end of March. One less thing for them to worry about - the place is completely renovated and all they will have to do is move in! Looking to in and Beyond... contact me and we'll get it done!

Just finished working on an offer for a lovely young couple with a baby on the way. They are First-time Homebuyers and very excited about the prospect of owning their place. Lovely renovated Boston area condo that will likely attract a sizable crowd. Our package is strong, I hope this happens for them, as it’s just right🙏🏽

I LOVE working with . Just got back from showing some properties to a lovely young couple with their first child on the way. They were aglow with excitement, the prospect of owning a home and a baby coming. Their joy is contagious. They were referred to me by a long-time client and working with them will be a delight for me! I’m excited for them!🤗

Lovely article: 96 year old woman is selling her home of 72 years which has been meticulously maintained all the while. Very few have ever seen what's behind the closed doors and the Realtors who took the listing were pleasantly surprised. It's a trip into a bygone era. Enjoy...

The quaint three bedroom Toronto home is inherently 1950's and 1960's and feels like stepping into an episode of I Love Lucy.

Very happy to say that after several days of back-and-forth my client and the seller have come to an agreement…a “meeting of the minds” and this fantastic Jamaica Plain 3 family is now under contract. Once it’s renovated, it will make for terrific rentals and if my client is so inclined, it’s perfect for condo-conversion. This terrific transaction is the result of an out-of-state referral. If you have a client relocating to the Greater Boston area, please feel free to contact me.
