Woolies, mate… $275 for a roast chook?! Have you lost the actual bloody plot?

I’m not paying nearly three hundred bucks for something that usually sits next to the reduced banana bread and smells like disappointment at 5:55pm.

Is this a chicken… or a down payment on a Hilux?

This is Mandurah. We’ve got people here who’d trade a roast chook for a slab of Emu and still ask for change.

At this point, I might just start a GoFundMe for a Woolies roast.
Or better yet, chuck on a hi-vis vest and head to the closest traffic lights.

Honestly, the only thing getting roasted around here is my bank account. Pull ya heads in, Woolworths. We just want some bloody chicken, not a mortgage.
