If I was selling my family home in the Southern Highlands, I would not just focus on getting it online quickly.

I would pay attention to how the home feels to buyers, whether the pricing feels aligned with the market, how much momentum is created early, and whether the campaign is building real competition around the property.

The early stages of a campaign carry more weight than most sellers realise.

The way a property is presented, launched, and positioned in those first few days often shapes how buyers respond for the rest of the campaign.

Because once momentum slows or buyer confidence drops, it becomes much harder to rebuild later. The strongest results usually come from getting the launch right the first time.

You can usually feel when a property has been strategically positioned well.

The momentum, buyer engagement, and confidence around the campaign all feel different early, because the market naturally responds to confidence.

The early stages of a campaign carry more weight than most sellers realise.

Because once buyers form an opinion, it becomes very difficult to shift it later, which is why strong preparation usually creates stronger outcomes.

The strongest outcomes usually come from preparation, positioning, and understanding buyer psychology, not luck.

When buyers feel emotionally connected and competitively pressured, their behaviour changes quickly, which is why there is usually a strategy sitting behind strong competition and premium results.
