8 Months on the market…. Let’s talk about it.
There’s a perception that spending too long on the market means it was a bad campaign, well in this instance I’d chalk this down as one of the best to date for many reasons.
A large family decision, 40 years worth of memories, moving parts & outside variables; they were all in there. We controlled what we could control, we pivoted when things weren’t quite working and kept patience and trust as a foundation to make it happen.
The campaign stats were there too:
Over 20,000 sets of eyeballs
Over 400 enquiries
Over 120 groups through the doors
And 15 offers received
But in the end, there was just one family who held the keys to their new home, another amazing family that I had the opportunity to be the ear that heard 40 years worth of stories, memories, highs and lows, a relationship built on all the right foundations and smiles and hugs all round.
That’s worth 8 months to me.
