Last week, the Property Council ACT Industrial Land Summit reinforced a message our industry knows all too well: industrial land is economic infrastructure. 🏗️

With approximately 909 hectares of industrial land currently available in the ACT and no new industrial land releases identified over the next five years, the conversation has never been more important.

A standout of the session was an insightful discussion panel featuring our very own Managing Director, Frank Giorgi, alongside Dimitri Nikias and Oliver Maxwell. This discussion explored what businesses need to invest and grow in Canberra: affordable, serviced land, infrastructure certainty and room for expansion.

Another standout was the keynote discussion with Ray White Head of Research, Vanessa Rader, who highlighted the critical role industrial land plays in supporting population growth, economic diversification and long-term investment.

The key message was clear: certainty and feasibility matter. Without a long-term approach to industrial land, Canberra risks losing investment, businesses and jobs to surrounding regions.

Thank you to Property Council ACT for bringing together industry leaders to discuss one of the Capital Region’s most important economic challenges.

What a rewarding afternoon spent at the Ronald McDonald House Charities ACT & SE NSW for their "Meals from the Heart" program. 💛🍴.

This is an initiative our RWC Canberra team has proudly supported for several years, and each year we're reminded of the meaningful impact a simple act of kindness can have.

Together, we prepared a range of homemade meals for families staying at the House, helping to ease the daily pressures families face during these tough times.

Beyond the meal itself, this program provides comfort, connection, and a reminder that the community is here to support them.

A big thank you to the RMHC ACT and SE NSW team for the incredible work you do every day, and for allowing us to play a small part in supporting local families.

Frank isn’t just our Managing Director and Head of Industrial Sales & Leasing, he’s our team’s go-to mentor, unofficial therapist, trusted father figure and resident comedian all in one. You’d be hard-pressed to find anyone as genuinely dedicated to their work, their team, and their community as Frank, and we couldn’t be more grateful to have him leading us every single day.

For everything he pours into his team, his family, and the wider Canberra community, there was no better recognition this year than taking home the prestigious RWC Director’s Cup at our annual awards last month. Earned through relentless hard work, vision and heart, no one deserved it more.
