"We rented an apartment which was managed by VERV Property for 4 years from May 2022 to May 2026. Throughout this time, the Property Managers from VERV Property have all been very professional, diligent, responsible and efficient in discharging their responsibilities. This can be seen in the way they carried out routine inspections on the apartment or when they helped us to rectify problems we experienced (e.g. broken washing machine or faulty aircon unit). In such cases, they would work tirelessly behind the scenes in dealing with the Landlord and suppliers to secure the necessary replacements/services to ensure our living conditions are not compromised. And when it was time for tenancy extensions, they would propose a fair and equitable deal for all parties. In this regard, I would like to single out Ms Phoebe Xirakis, for doing an outstanding job as our Property Manager. She was very professional, diligent, responsible, patient and friendly in doing her job. She would often go out of her way to help us with our various queries or requests for assistance. During the end of the tenancy in May 2026, Phoebe offered us many useful tips to ensure an easy, seamless and stress-free handing over of the apartment. She even suggested cleaning companies which have worked with VERV Property previously and were known to do a good job. All in all, Phoebe was very helpful and she is truly an invaluable asset to VERV Property. I would recommend VERV Property to anyone looking for an excellent and reliable property agent in Canberra.”
