For many the trip to the south coast of is a summer ritual. Winter has been a time of rest and relaxation, bouts of rain have refreshed the land and filled our tanks. The river has run high, once again reconnecting with the ocean. Moody skys play with the light to create an amazing palette of colours for us to enjoy. Whales and their newborn calves frolic in the bays, renewal is well underway as the seasons begin to change. It is something of a guilty pleasure to walk on beaches where there are more whales in the bay than people on the beach. If you're in need of renewal come to the bay and soak up the solitude and wild beauty of this special place.
