Thank you to The St George and Sutherland Shire Leader for publishing my letter on a topic I am very passionate about: housing affordability.

I was listening to an interview between 7NEWS and Sam Gordon just prior to the release of the May Federal Budget, and his words resonated with me when he said, “Don’t touch policy. Every time you touch it, you stimulate the market.”

I echo this sentiment and urge the government to focus on increasing housing supply rather than implementing policy changes that often amount to little more than band-aid fixes.
