Oakridge is pleased to share a construction update for LUMINA at Stones Corner. 🔨🏗️

The first half of 2026 has seen significant progress made on site. The team have now completed all pours up to Level 12, with the final roof pour scheduled for the end of May.

Internal finishes have also been progressing well, with framing and rough in work progressing on Level 10.

We are excited to see LUMINA continue to progress throughout the remaining of 2026!

Oakridge is excited to share a construction update for LUMINA at Stones Corner 🏗️🧱

The team on site has been working hard to ensure the continual progress of the structure at LUMINA. Level 6 slab pours have now been completed with level 7 to commence prior to Christmas.

As the team continue to work on the structure, internal trades have begun work on the lower floors including services, glazing and framing.

We look forward to seeing LUMINA continue to take shape throughout 2026!

Oakridge is pleased to share a construction update for PAVILION at Upper Mount Gravatt. 🔨🏗️

2025 has been a busy year for the team on site, having completed all slab pours for Building 1 & 2, with one pour remaining on Building 3.

Internal finishes have also been progressing well, with framing, sheeting, painting, joinery and flooring all well underway.

We are excited to see PAVILION continue to progress with Practical Completion projected to be achieved in Quarter 2 of next year.

Sales have continued to be strong, with 37% of Building 3 sold since it launched at the beginning of October.

We are excited to announced that Basement 2, Basement 3 and Basement 4 slab pours have now been completed!

Looking forward, we are projecting that the Basement 1 slab pours will be completed by the middle of February and that Ground Level pours will be completed by the end of March.

Oakridge is excited to share another construction update of the milestones that have been achieved so far at PAVILION! 🏗️🚛🏠

The team on site have continued the momentum from the backend of 2024 into the start of 2025, having already completed multiple slab pours in 2025.

Slab on ground has been poured for Building 1, with Building 2 expected to be completed by the end of January and Building 3 by the end of February.

Demand for PAVILION has continued to be strong, with 87% of Building 1 and 2 already sold!
