The first sod has been turned, and a new chapter is taking shape at Gloriette Yeerongpilly.

Our CEO & Chairman, Don O’Rorke, was joined by Queensland Deputy Premier Jarrod Bleijie MP and Hutchinson Builders, Director Jack Hutchinson, to celebrate the start of construction on the $500 million residential project.

Bringing 181 residences to King Arthur Terrace, Gloriette builds on our long-term vision for Yeerongpilly Green, a connected riverside precinct designed for people to live, work and enjoy for years to come.

A new chapter on the river, with a little history coming along.

Gloriette’s riverside site is home to a heritage-listed building that will remain part of its next chapter. As construction gets underway, Hutchinson Builders carefully moved it to a temporary home for safekeeping, protecting a piece of the site’s past as its future takes shape.

Captured by Vitalii, the move marks an early step in Gloriette’s progress. Once the project is complete, the building will be restored and returned to its original location, keeping its history close to home.

Construction is officially underway at Gloriette Yeerongpilly, marking the next chapter for Yeerongpilly Green.

Today, Queensland Deputy Premier Jarrod Bleijie MP joined our CEO & Chairman Don O’Rorke and Hutchinson Builders Director Jack Hutchinson to turn the first sod on the $500 million residential project.

Set across 25 storeys, Gloriette will deliver 181 residences on King Arthur Terrace, surrounded by more than 2,000sqm of landscaped gardens and with views across the Brisbane River, Indooroopilly Golf Course, the C*D and Mt Coot-tha.

The project continues our long-term investment in Yeerongpilly Green and our 10-year partnership with the Queensland Government and Economic Development Queensland to deliver the master-planned riverside precinct.

With Hutchies now on site, Gloriette is another significant step in the continued evolution of Yeerongpilly Green ahead of Brisbane 2032.

Gloriette will be formally released to the market from October.
