Chelmer continues to attract strong buyer demand, particularly for character homes and family homes.

The suburb’s appeal comes from its leafy streets, riverfront lifestyle, established homes and easy access to Indooroopilly Shopping Centre.

The unit market is showing particularly strong growth, although transaction volumes remain much lower than the house market. For houses, limited quality stock and strong owner-occupier demand continue to underpin the suburb’s appeal.
