NAB just changed its tune. 📉

After backing rate rises for most of 2026, they've now joined Commonwealth Bank and Macquarie in walking it back. No more hikes on the horizon.

Cash rate's still sitting at 4.35%, and NAB's own forecast now tips cuts won't land until late 2027.

So why does this matter if you're watching property?

Because sentiment leads price. The moment the market believes cuts are coming, buyer confidence shifts first and prices follow.

No relief on repayments yet, but the tone is changing. 👀
