Sometimes the quickest sale isn’t the best sale.
During our campaign for 40/105 Oldfield Road, Sinnamon Park, there were three other comparable townhouses for sale. All three were open at the same time on the weekend, meaning plenty of choice from within the same complex. Ours was located furthest into the complex.
At one point, the agent marketing of the other townhouse publicly posted that “they were the last to list and the first to sell.”
