Big lift at MSM Milling yesterday!

Our surveyors were on-site in Manildra to assist with installation and verticality checks on a 25m, 54 tonne 70VM Assembly Vacuum Stripper Dryer-Cooler, which is now successfully installed at the new extraction plant at the canola mills.

once again had the privilege of sponsoring and presenting the Best Woman in Engineering Thesis Award for a fourth-year engineering student at James Cook University.

's Deana Halfpenny and Shannon Delaney had the opportunity to attend the Zonta Townsville (Inc) annual International Women’s Day event. Deana, who presented the award, spoke about the many STEM pathways available at Premise and shared reflections on her own engineering thesis, as well as the wide variety of projects and places her engineering career has taken her, including her time working in the Middle East and Borneo in south-east Asia.

Thank you to Zonta Townsville (Inc) for hosting such a wonderful event, and congratulations to Naomi Abraham, this year’s award recipient. Naomi’s thesis, “Evaluating the fermentation properties of sugarcane juice and molasses in ethanol production,” showcases the innovation and dedication of the next generation of engineers.
