Not every project needs more exposure. Sometimes, more exposure is the problem.

Waterside, Old Beach (TAS) is a boutique 15-townhome development by Keystone Development that initially launched through a traditional agency campaign, with limited traction. ARG was engaged shortly after.

It was then fully sold, off-market, to a single aligned buyer group.

What changed wasn’t the product. Architecturally designed townhomes on the Derwent River with panoramic views and strong lifestyle fundamentals were already there. The issue was positioning.

We didn’t relaunch. We repositioned.

By sharpening the investment narrative and activating our buyer network directly, the project moved from market stall to full absorption.

Result: 100% sold, off-market.

Waterside, Old Beach is a boutique 15-townhouse development by Keystone Developments on Hobart’s Eastern Shore, originally launched through a traditional retail campaign with limited traction.

ARG was engaged shortly after.

Within a short period, the project was fully sold off-market.

The fundamentals were always strong, architecturally designed homes in a tightly held riverside pocket, just 20 minutes from Hobart, with consistent demand drivers and long-term growth potential.

What changed was positioning.
