It’s no secret, the Ripley Valley is booming — and the 511-lot Ripley View estate is small but significant part of that story.

Since day one, we’ve worked to shape this site from managing the acquisition and concept through to the now near-completion of Stages 1–3. Navigating a range of infrastructure and masterplanning challenges, we’ve delivered real progress in a complex and ever-evolving urban environment.
