Australia’s property market is holding its ground! 🏡

In July, national house prices climbed to $945,425 and units reached $699,722, showing solid annual growth — 6.4% for houses and 5.2% for units — despite the Reserve Bank’s rate hold.

Perth stole the spotlight with a mean price of $949,755 and 11.3% annual growth, while Brisbane ($1,066,206) and Sydney ($1,654,146) posted steady 0.2% monthly gains.

Affordable markets continue to shine, with Adelaide, Darwin, and the Gold Coast all recording growth above 6%. Melbourne and Canberra saw slight dips, but the market overall sits near historic highs and is gearing up for the anticipated August rate cuts.
