I have grown up in the Moreton Bay Region Since I was 14 years old, working as a carpenter and builder since I was 16 I have been into more than 10,000 properties in our region working on Rental Properties, Building new homes, extensions and renovations as well as the department of housing properties. From a young age I quickly worked out that I didn't want to be BUILDING the properties for others

, I wanted to OWN the properties. My time in the Building industry has been and still is great for my property knowledge and I have no doubt that this has helped me create my portfolio comprising of Residential and commercial properties now valued at around $8,000,000 at 32 years old. I love real estate for many reasons, The cashflow, The potential for long term growth and Tax benefits but most of all its the people I have met and the things it has taught me over my time involved in investing. The mindset of being patient yet taking action when able is crucial to me and being sure that the investments I have made support themselves and create an income for life. From other investors, real estate agents, property managers, lawyers and brokers, Real estate has brought me many new friends and a great open community to share ideas and goals with. I don't do this because I need too, Real estate has become a passion and I love talking about it and sharing my knowledge of my area of expertise in this great country of ours.
