Dear Owners, Tenants and Contractors,

After 8 years of looking after our building, it’s with both happiness and a touch of sadness that I let you know we’ve now sold and transferred over our business to your new managers, David and Shelley.

David and Shelley are highly experienced in management and letting rights, and over the past few weeks they have been working closely with Wendy and Meng to ensure a smooth transition.

They are genuinely excited to take on our beautiful building. While their intention is to maintain the status quo, fresh management also brings fresh perspectives, ideas, and opportunities for improvement.

Hynes Legal "Pets in Strata"

The government is making it very clear under the new body corporate laws that pets are expected to be part of strata communities.

After several months of lobbying the council to make it easier to turn into Trillion the council have marked a yellow line prior to turning in left which hopefully will make it a little easier.
