Dear Owners, Tenants and Contractors,
After 8 years of looking after our building, it’s with both happiness and a touch of sadness that I let you know we’ve now sold and transferred over our business to your new managers, David and Shelley.
David and Shelley are highly experienced in management and letting rights, and over the past few weeks they have been working closely with Wendy and Meng to ensure a smooth transition.
They are genuinely excited to take on our beautiful building. While their intention is to maintain the status quo, fresh management also brings fresh perspectives, ideas, and opportunities for improvement.
