Two weeks ago, my vendors dropped off the keys at the office for the settlement of Parkinson property, and I gave them a settlement gift as a token of appreciation.
They mentioned they would like to invite me to lunch in two weeks, as they were exhausted from moving to the Sunshine Coast.
I asked, “Sure! Do you prefer Korean, Chinese, Vietnamese, or Western food?”
They replied, “It’s all about you, Kim. You choose, and let us know.”
Not knowing where to go, I decided on Sunnybank Plaza for their convenience, considering they would spend about three hours on the road for their return trip.
This thoughtful gesture made me feel very special. I’m truly grateful for the opportunity to represent you in selling your home—and for the free lunch! ❤️
🔥Just before we say goodbye after lunch, they said to me,”If I know anyone is looking to sell their home, I will tell them, sell with Kim!”
