As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for the right person to join our team in a flexible Business Support & Events Coordinator role.

This opportunity will suit someone with strong administration skills, event experience, and confidence supporting digital marketing activity. We’re looking for a capable, proactive person who can step into a varied support role across administration, event coordination and digital content support — someone who enjoys bringing order to moving parts and takes pride in polished, professional work.

One day might involve client administration and stakeholder communication. Another could include conference logistics, content scheduling, proofreading, document preparation, or helping keep a busy project organised and on track.

This role may suit someone with experience in administration, events, client service, communications or operational support who is looking for flexibility around family, lifestyle or other commitments. It may also suit someone already operating their own support business and looking to take on TOB as one of their client accounts.

At The Outsource Boutique, we care deeply about the quality of our work and the relationships we build with our clients. We’re a boutique business grounded in professionalism, flexibility, trust and genuine care for what we do. This is not a high-volume churn environment — it’s a role for someone who values initiative, warm communication, attention to detail and strong behind-the-scenes support.
