Gore Realty, led by Damon Gore and Connie Gore, has partnered with URBAN X to launch a boutique agency designed around better communication, better preparation, and better outcomes for clients - without the pressure of chasing volume.

The Gore Realty team, completed with Sales Consultant Tamar Scott-Holland, guides clients through the full sales journey with a people-first, community-led approach - an approach that is grounded in a simple belief: real estate is ultimately about people.

“We’ve built a team who share the same values,” Damon says, “Myself, Connie and Tamar all believe that it’s our duty to not only get a great outcome for our clients but one with the least amount of stress.”

Damon's decision to partner with URBAN X came down to fit. They wanted a partner who could help remove admin weight, keep them at the front edge of marketing and tools (including AI), and give them more time where it matters most: with clients and buyers.

“I've always wanted to create a brand that's truly client-focused, rather than one where the company comes first,” Jay says.

While launching independently can feel daunting alongside well-established franchise names, Jay says the more he worked in the industry, the more he saw the advantage of a service-led boutique model.

Steven's decision to branch out was based on the lack of control over the client experience.

"I reached a point where I knew exactly the kind of service I wanted to deliver, and I wanted the freedom to actually deliver it without compromise," Steven says.
