Local Properties Australia launches with URBAN X, bringing a results-driven approach to marketing and negotiation with genuine relationships and personal service, captured in their tagline Property Done Properly™.
For Peter and Liza Conaghan, the decision to build Local Properties Australia came from years of working in the industry, understanding what clients need and developing a clear idea of the kind of agency they wanted to create.
“I reached a point where I had a very clear idea of how I wanted real estate to be done. I wanted the freedom to build an agency around our own values, strong marketing, skilled negotiation, honest communication and genuine personal service. Most importantly, I wanted to create an environment where we could focus on achieving great results while making the process as smooth, hassle-free and stress-free as possible for our clients. That vision became Local Properties Australia.”
Rather than taking on every element of running an agency themselves, Peter and Liza wanted support behind the scenes so they can put more of their energy into their clients, their properties and growing the business.
That was what attracted them to URBAN X.
