Last week we saw Tapestry’s crane come down. A very special milestone for everyone, bringing us another step closer to completion. to when the crane was originally installed by Falcon Cranes at the end of November 2024.

EXHALE AUGUST 2026 PROJECT UPDATE

Another big month on site at Exhale. With the main water connection and temporary power now complete, the capping beam finished and dewatering equipment in place, the project is ready for its next major milestone: bulk excavation.

TAPESTRY AUGUST 2026 PROJECT UPDATE

Tapestry is in its final stages. With over 80% of the scaffold removed, now we can see the beautiful façade that characterizes Tapestry.

This month, landscaping at the Roof Terrace has begun with feature trees being craned into position. You'll also get a closer look at our completed display apartment, the benchmark for quality of finishes and design of all Tapestry residences.

Tapestry’s journey so far (PART 2/2)

OCTOBER 2025 - Structure reaches level 10. Windows and balcony doors are installed up to level 5. Cabinetry installation about to begin.

DECEMBER 2025 - 70% of residential levels complete.

FEBRUARY 2026 - Construction reached level 18. Interiors are taking shape.

MARCH 2026 - Structural top out

APRIL 2026 - Final residential floor poured.

MAY 2026 - Topped out. Rooftop amenity build-out.

MAY 2026 - Residences floor by floor are being completed and closed out.

JULY 2026 - Scaffold starts to come down. Hoist is removed. Rooftop pool shell ready for tiling.

The scaffold is almost fully removed, lifts are operational, trees are being lifted onto the rooftop as landscaping begins, and interiors are getting finalised.

Tapestry is coming to life! We are excited to welcome residents very soon.

AUGUST 2023 - Demolition day

APRIL 2024 - Capping beam

JUNE 2024 - Basement excavation commences

AUGUST 2024 - A year since construction commencement. Completion of basement excavation and lift pit.

OCTOBER 2024 - Completion of bases to the lift and stair core and stormwater tank.

NOVEMBER 2024 - Tower Crane installation

JANUARY 2025 - Raft pours completed, forming the base of the entire building.

MARCH 2025 - Basement works complete. Formwork for the Mezzanine underway.

JULY 2025 - Levels 2-4 complete

We are still reminiscing about how great the It's ON ChevrON Street Party event was a few days ago.

We loved seeing so many familiar faces, meeting new ones and watching the community come together to make the most of the afternoon.
