My Story.....Tina Georgiou
My journey in real estate began in 1988, and from the very beginning, I learned that property management is about much more than properties it’s about people.
After more than 25 years in the industry, I followed my dream and opened my own office. In 2015, Tina Georgiou Property Management (TGPM) was born.
Today, I’m incredibly proud that TGPM has grown into a business with a purpose beyond traditional property management.
Alongside looking after our landlords and their investments, we work to help people experiencing homelessness, people transitioning from mental health facilities, and those leaving incarceration who need accommodation and an opportunity to rebuild their lives.
I believe everyone deserves dignity, compassion and the chance for a new beginning.
Sometimes, handing someone the keys to a room means much more than providing a roof over their head. It can mean safety, stability, hope and a fresh start.
From 1988 to today, real estate has been my career, but helping people has become one of the greatest purposes behind what I do.
Because everyone has a story and everyone deserves somewhere to call home.
