Today was handover day and as always, I took the time to reflect on how it all started.

An older Queenslander on a great block, an 18m shed theyโ€™d recently built, but the house wasnโ€™t working for them anymore.

The homes they inspected were either older than what they wanted, missing half their list, or just expensive.

So we ran the numbers on a knock-down rebuild.
