BIG CHANGES for QLD Sellers! 🏡
There is a new Seller Disclosure Scheme now in place across Queensland.

Under this new law, sellers are now required to provide a standardised disclosure statement to buyers before they sign the contract. This includes key details like:
✅ Title info
✅ Encumbrances
✅ Zoning
✅ Environmental risks
✅ Services like electricity, water, sewerage & more

It’s all about transparency and helping buyers make informed decisions, which also means less chance of contracts falling through for sellers. It is always disheartening when this happens!
